Concrete-filled square steel tubular(CFST)frame-wooden plates buckling-restrained steel plate shear walls(BR-SPSWs)is a new kind of lateral force-resisting systems of high-rise buildings.Compare to the Concrete-filled square steel tubular(CFST)frame-steel plate shear walls(BR-SPSWs),CFST frame-wooden plates BR-SPSWs with higher lateral stiffness,better energy dissipation capacity,and smaller out-of-plane deformation.Compared to the precast reinforced concrete cove,the advantages of the wooden plates are light weight,convenient construction,good deformability,and the wood is a kind of renewable eco-friendly materials.At home and abroad,research for this structure is less,by using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the seismic behavior of the CFST frame-BR-SPSWs was studied.The main works are listed as follows:(1)Theoretical analysis on the connection bolt maximum distance of embedded steel plate of wooden plates BR-SPSWs and wooden plates on both sides,the minimum stiffness of wooden plates,and deduced the reference formulas about the maximum distance of connecting bolt and the minimum stiffness of wooden plates.And through nonlinear finite element validate the theoretical analysis.(2)Theoretical analysis on stress analysis of CFST frame-wooden plates BR-SPSWs,studies show that in the common function area of “pull trussing” and “pressure trussing” the horizontal force on the column are caused by the “pressure trussing” and the horizontal force on the column are caused by the “pull trussing” are offsetted.So the effects of the horizontal force on the column are weakened.The formula of the shear force which on the joint intermediate beam are studied.In the common function area of “pull trussing” and “pressure trussing” that the vertical force on the top beam are offsetted.So the effects of the vertical force on the top beam are weakened.(3)Finite elements analysis on the seismic behavior of three-story full scale CFST frame-wooden plates BR-SPSWs and three-story full scale CFST frame-SPSWs by using the finite element software.The results show that CFST frame-wooden plates BR-SPSWs have higher load carrying capacity and lateral stiffness,and better energy dissipation capacity.Settings the wooden plates on both sides of the embedded steel plate reduce the out-of-plane deflection of the embedded steel plate.The mechanical behavior of the steel plate shear wall is improved.(4)Parameter analysis on CFST frame-wooden plates BR-SPSWs by using the finite element software.The effect of the ratio of height-thickness,the ratio of axial compression,and the ratio of wide-height on the structure was studied.The characteristics of load-displacement curve,stiffness degradation and the distribution of shear force were studied.(5)The effect that vertical force loaded on wooden plates BR-SPSWs was studied,and conclude reduction coefficient of lateral-resisting bearing capacity.
