Cellularcomponent portalframe is annew structureof the solid-web beam column replaced by the cellular components based on thetraditionalportalframe.Cellularcomponent portal frame not only hasthecharacteristics ofsimple stress,bending stiffness,high bearing capacity,short construction period as well as traditional portal frame,but also has unique advantages such as convenient equipment pipeline arrangement,so it hasa good application prospect.At present,most design of the cellular portal framedepend on the designer's experience level,but not has mature design standards.Unreasonablerelated parameterssettings often causes the steel can not be fully utilized and economic.Therefore,this paper devotes to studying optimal design method of cellular componentportal frame,looking for a more economic and reasonabletrepanning method of cellular componentportal frame.This paper simply introduces the design and the optimal design method of cellular componentportal frame,using the finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench's optimizing function,making the optimal design for cellular componentportal frame structure,based on experimental optimization design method.This paper making the optimal study for beam trepanning and beam-column trepanning of cellular componentportal frame,taking minimum weight as the optimization objective,parameters such as the hole size,hole distance and web height as study variables,strength and stiffness being constraints,doing the optimal design for cellular componentportal frame,and confirming the optimal method.The current mainstream of the cellular beam design method is to design size of solid-webportal frame beam and column,and then make the expansion design of the web of solid web portal frame with 1.5 times of the expansion ratio,takingthe height of the web 0.6 times after expanding as the hole diameter and 1.5 times the diameter of the hole as the hole spacing to optimize the analysis.Through Ansys Workbench,it analyzes and compares different expansion ratio,hole size,hole spacing under the relevant performance of 42 meters,36 meters across and 30 meters across and cross cellular beams of different span portal frame,and studies more economical and reasonable way of opening holes.At last part,this paper advises that the expansion ratio of cellularcomponentportal frame values as 1.2-1.3 times,opening ratio being 70%,andthe hole spacing values as 1.4-1.5 times the diameter of the hole,that is a more economic and reasonable opening method.The follow-upparameter can be further optimized and adjusted by Ansys Workbench.This paper uses above method to optimize the design of an actual engineering project,that is a Dongbei garage in a military district.Firstly,this paper uses the studied opening method to make a new design of initial opening,then makes a further optimization through Ansys Workbench's optimizing function,and adjusts relativeperformances.Finally,under the condition of satisfying strength and stiffness,used steel quantity of every frame for a roof trusses declined by 12.6%of original project.
