Today's residential buildings,in order to meet the needs of different groups of people,more and more middle and small family,has gradually become the mainstream.With town of degree increasingly high,building with to also increasingly tension,North-South permeability of plate building regardless of makes lighting also is ventilation are can reached is good of effect,but North-South permeability of plate building has cannot meet city save with to of need,so senior residential slowly to a ladder more households development,although such of residential can hosted more of population pressure,but building depth is gradually increased,indoor lighting ventilation,conditions have not to meet,residential of comfortable sex also on no guarantees.Especially in cold region residential,the indoor temperature in summer is often overlooked by people,so depth of natural ventilation of high-rise housing there are some problems.Compared with the depth of public buildings,residential buildings in gaoyao,much lower,and the Interior was divided into smaller spaces,in addition to drafts of wind pressure is less likely to form,didn't have high enough to use hot air within the vertical space.In view of the above the situation,greater depth for extremely cold climates to optimize natural ventilation of high-rise residential design.This paper summarizes the commonly used in cold area into a high-rise residential building plane type and flat type and flat size,discussed the principle and influencing factors of natural ventilation natural ventilation and analysis into the characteristics and problems of high-rise residential,and guided by the principles and adapted to the cold climate,determined to improve depth of natural ventilation of high-rise residential design in cold area.In severe cold area into high-rise residential building under the influence of various factors.Firstly from the external environment into high-rise residential and high-rise residential unit size,angle,spacing distance of design research and application simulation analysis software,get better ventilation method and scale.In terms of layout,according to building codes,and for different types of layouts of high-rise building and space layout analysis,study the effects of different layouts on natural ventilation and get a better layout.Then,in terms of architecture,optimization design includes three parts,the first part is the depth plane design of high-rise residential building,The second part is the window of the facade portal design,Part III is commonly used components of the building design,design focused on in terms of scale,should come to into high-rise residential ventilation design method and scale.Finally select a typical depth of high-rise buildings in Shenyang area examples of first analyze the instances of ventilation problems,according to these problems to select suitable for earlier optimization design method for this case,considering the design and by computer simulation,optimal design method,and verify the validity of design methods.
