Distributed energy resources(DERs)in distribution network consist of distributed generations(DGs),distributed energy storages(DESs)and controllable loads(CLs).The application of communication technology in active distribution networks enables optimal control of DERs.However,information security risk exists as well.DERs can be controlled by power companies and users.The control by power companies has a relatively complete information security protection system.But the remote controllability of DERs and the weakness of user-side information security protection make it easy that DERs are maliciously controlled by attackers.This might influence the safe and stable operation of power grid.Based on the background above,this paper analyzes the security risk of distribution network considering cyber-attack.The specific research content includes the following aspects:1)The structure of active distribution network is briefly analyzed,and the information security threats brought by different kinds of DERs are described.The attack profit and loss is qualitatively analyzed from the perspective of the attacker,which comes to a conclusion that cost of the attack on CLs is lowest.2)A control model of distribution network considering cyber-attack is proposed,through which,it can be seen that the unpredictability of the attack behavior may influence the safe and stable operation state of distribution network.An attack model is established,which can reflect the attack objects,attack types,and the cross-space effect mechanism of cyber-attacks.Besides,three kinds of attack that CLs may suffer on the basis of“on”and“of”control are defined.Then,by measurement and statistical analysis,the influence of network delay on attack model is studied.3)Choosing appropriate scenes,this paper simulates and analyzes the influence on distribution network when CLs suffers malicious control,summarizes the risk of distribution network reliability of power supply and power quality when the CLs reach a certain scale,especially the distribution network with DGs,and then,gives corresponding risk consequence.It explains the necessity of research on information security protection of distribution networks,and also provides reference for the formulation of protective strategies.4)An active defense system based on the P2DR2 security model is constructed,and an active defense strategy for CLs is described.The research work carried out in this paper can provide a basis for the study on the stability control method of the distribution network and thus protect the further development of the smart grid.In addition,the control model of distribution network,the attack model and the active defense system based on the P2DR2 established in this paper can provide basis for subsequent research.
