| In recent years,the smog has erupted in an all-round way,the outdoor environment has deteriorated,and the human health has been seriously affected.In the cold area,the number of opening windows is relatively small,because of the influence of temperature and living habits in winter.Due to the requirements of energy saving and thermal insulation,the insulation and sealing performance of building maintenance structure are better,resulting in the harmful gases produced in furniture and indoor articles can not be discharged in time and effectively.The quality of indoor and outdoor air deteriorates at the same time,"healthy breathing" becomes a difficult problem.Ventilation is the effective mean to solve the serious problem of indoor air pollution,so this paper focuses on the quality of indoor air under mechanical ventilation.A year of indoor air quality tests for households are carried out,with new wind heat recovery units in the northeast of China.Under the influence of different seasons,measuring points,ventilating the working conditions,opening the new wind heat recovery system and cooking,the indoor formaldehyde and PM2.5 concentration distribution rules were analyzed and studied.By the CO2 descent method,the air change times under different measuring points and different ventilation modes are compared and analyzed.Through the SPSS software,the mathematical model of pollutant and its influencing factors were set up,and the regression analysis method was used to explore the influence degree of various factors on the pollutants.The mathematical models of three rooms and one hall were built by CFD simulation software.The distribution of pollutants in the rooms of natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation were compared and analyzed.By changing the shapes of the air vents and the speeds of air supply in a mechanical ventilated room,the air flow pattern and the ventilation effect were analyzed.On the basis of the test of the actual air supply,heat exchange efficiency and purification performance of the new air ventilator,the actual operation effect of different types of new air ventilator were compared and analyzed.The phenomenon of stopping the work of the city new air ventilator in winter operation with low temperature protection,the measures to heat the air using an electric auxiliary equipment before entering the new air ventilator were proposed,to improve the use efficiency of new air ventilator.The effect of opening mechanical new air system(coarse filtration)on formaldehyde removal was better than PM2.5.The influence of cooking on the concentration of PM2.5 was obvious.In winter,the concentration of formaldehyde was obviously reduced by the opening of new air ventilator,and the opportunity of opening new air ventilation in summer will increase the concentration of formaldehyde.The concentration of formaldehyde in different measuring points was specific as:bedroom>living room>kitchen.The concentration of outdoor PM2.5 has the greatest influence on the indoor PM2.5 concentration in different seasons,followed by humidity and temperature difference between indoor and outdoor.In winter,the indoor temperature had a significant effect on formaldehyde,and the humidity in the transition season and the summer had a significant effect on the formaldehyde concentration.The formaldehyde concentration in the rectangle air outlet was the lowest.Compared with the different speeds of air supply,it was found that the indoor formaldehyde concentration in v=2m/s was low and the indoor average wind speed accorded with the requirements of comfort.The actual air volume of the new air ventilator of 5/8 was less than the rated air volume.The average heat exchange efficiency of the fresh air ventilator in winter was 68%,and the heat transfer efficiency in the transition season was less than 40%in summer.Through the transformation of the fresh air heat recovery system,the utilization efficiency of the new week increased by 60%.The energy consumption of the new air heat exchanger system increased by 5 times compared to the original one.Combined with the methods of test research,data statistics analysis,simulation optimization and so on,the basic data of the indoor environment created by the mechanical new wind system are analyzed in depth.Enrich the basic database of indoor air quality.Created good indoor air quality,provide people with correct use of mechanical fresh air system,provided data support and choice basis for residents to choose the right ventilation mode,and provided guidance and guidance for residents to regulate indoor environment. |
