The foundation basic problem has become one of the key factors that affect the security performance of the construction of the village,such as not being able to solve effectively,will seriously impede the urbanization process.The new artificial foundation system,the waste rubber tire foundation has the advantages of simple structure,reliable loading,and convenient construction,environmental protection,low cost and so on.The medium materials with waste rubber tire constraints,under the action of upper load,repose of tire lateral extrusion materials,scattering effect on tire have a tour to the tension,to squeeze the repose of the material inside the tire.Repose of the material by the hoop force,forms the good bearing,so the waste rubber tire structure foundation can withstand larger top load,can satisfy the requirement of villages and towns construction of foundation bearing capacity.In order to study the mechanical properties of rubber tire and the interaction mechanism of waste rubber tire and sand,the rubber tire tensile test and the axle test of waste rubber tire hoop loose material were carried out,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)There are two layers of rubber tire internal oblique cross near 90 degrees(generally 70 degrees to 80 degrees)closely spaced belt,and when the rubber tire is subjected to external tension,a rigid annular belt which can hardly be stretched is formed in the rubber tire,so that the rubber tire can well resist deformation.(2)The first attempt to carry out tensile test on a rubber tire showed that:the larger the diameter of the tire,the better the tensile properties;The best loading rate is 20 mm/min,too fast or too slow will affect the tensile properties of the rubber strip;For the normal bearing tire,the standard distance of 250mm can better play the mechanical properties of the material.(3)The bearing capacity of the waste rubber tire hoop bulk material is related to the following factors:1)the diameter of the rubber tire.Bearing capacity is proportional to the diameter,the larger the diameter,the stronger the bearing capacity;2)fetal environment.The deformation of the rubber tire-sand composite can be restrained when there is a side restriction around the tire,so as to reduce the settlement;3)Loading system.When the loading speed is too fast,it will make the settlement value is too large,and the ring hoop performance of rubber tire can not be fully played.(4)For the rubber tire has good elasticity,the rubber tire-sand composite can rebound under the action of the rubber tire after unloading,and the rebound amount is defined as the recovery capacity of the rubber tire,the higher the value,the better the recovery effect,which is related to the diameter of the rubber tire.(5)The stress distribution law of rubber tires and bulk materials shows that the side parts of rubber tires share partial stress and should be converted into the thickness of tire wall when the formula of hoop force is deduced;The stress distribution inside the bulk material is slightly different,the closer to the center,the smaller the stress is.(6)According to the theory of elasticity,the formula of radial and hoop hoop force of rubber tire hoop loose material is derived,and the formula of elastic modulus of rubber tire sand combination is feasible.
