Housing industrialization is the development direction of housing construction in China.Prefabricated shear wall structure has become the trend of housing industrialization because of its fast construction speed,stable and reliable quality,energy saving and environmental protection.From the research results of the prefabricated shear wall structure at home and abroad,the performance of the vertical connection of the shear wall is the key to the application of the shear wall structure to the practical engineering.In order to get a kind of vertical connection form of prefabricated shear wall with reliable connection,reasonable force and convenient construction,reinforced connection method which was firstly used for production of housing industrialization was proposed in this paper.This method connects the vertical reinforcement of upper prefabricated shear wall and lower prefabricated shear wall by cast-in-place concrete in octagonal grooves.The lap joint of steel bar has a certain length in the groove.The steel bars are connected to a whole after setting and hardening of cast-in-place concrete in octagonal grooves.At first,the yield load,peak load and the failure mode of the connection were obtained,and the reliability and effectiveness of the joint were verified through the lap test of 9 specimens with a diameter of 8mm,12mm and 14mm.On the basis of the lap tests,the shear test of 4 specimens with diameter of 8mm and 12mm were carried out.It obtained the yield load,yield displacement,peak load,peak displacement and ductility of the new type connection and confirmed the feasibility of the new grouting-anchoring connection.Through the simulation of shear tests process by ABAQUS finite element analysis,it was concluded that the yield load and peak load of the shear model increased,the ductility coefficient decreased and the seismic performance became weaker as the increase of concrete strength grade.When the strength grade of concrete is the same,the yield load,peak load,the corresponding limit displacement and ductility increased with the increase of reinforcement ratio.On the basis of shear tests and simulation,the new models of prefabricated shear wall connected with vertical slurry anchors and different reinforcement methods was established.Comparing the ultimate bearing capacity,stiffness and ductility of shear walls with different reinforcement modes by setting the same axial compression ratio,reinforcement ratio and shear wall size,it concluded that the overall performance of the new vertical slurry anchor connection of fabricated shear wall was similar to the cast-in-situ shear wall.It has better seismic performance,and the overall performance of the shear wall model ZPQ-8-12 is better,and the reinforcement mode of the wall is more reasonable.It was concluded that with the increase of axial compression ratio,the ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness of' the shear wall model would increase,but the stiffness degradation accelerated,displacement ductility factor decreased,and the energy dissipation capacity would be worse by comparing seismic behavior of shear wall models under 0.1,0.2 and 0.3 axial compression ratio.Through the tests and finite element simulation we proved that the new grouting-anchoring vertical connection of prefabricated shear wall was a reliable and simple construction method which was suitable for housing industrialization and it could provide design reference for practical engineering application.
