| With the development of China’s prefabricated industry and constant innovation in science and technology,the proportion of prefabricated buildings in the total construction in China has been increasing year by year.Compared with the traditional industrial buildings,the prefabricated buildings are built faster and are less constrained by external conditions such as the weather,greatly improving the construction quality and construction speed of industrial buildings in China.The development of fabricated construction is the future direction of the development of industrial construction.As a developing country,China’s domestic construction industry,as a traditional industry,has entered a stable stage of development.It has changed from a simple pursuit of rapid development of real estate to a stable and healthy development stage from the end of the twentieth Century,The advantages of fabricated buildings are in line with our country’s pursuit of resources and environment-friendly.As a connecting part between prefabricated components,many researches on steel sleeve connectors at home and abroad focus on the static and dynamic properties at normal atmospheric temperature,but little research has been done on the mechanical properties after the fire.Therefore,under the support of Natural Science Foundation of Liaoning Province(2015020600),study on mechanical properties of steel reinforced ull-grouting sleeve connecting joint after experiencing high temperature effect of fire.Mainly include the following:①In this paper,summing up the the research on the joints of steel grouting sleeves at home and abroad.Summing up the connection between the grouting sleeves of full-grouting semi-grouting sleeves and the application of grouting sleeves in practical engineering.②22 reinforcing steel grouting sleeve connecting components were manufactured and placed in a high temperature fire furnace to experience high temperature.Two types of test specimens(780 ℃,830 ℃)and samples under normal temperature were obtained through experiments.Tube temperature curve.Compare the experimental temperature curve with the ISO-834 heating curve,and compare the phenomenon of high temperature tests.Take five D25 specimens,select the position on the sleeve and the reinforcement paste ring and vertical strain gauge,and uniaxial tensile static load test of the normal temperature and high temperature components to study the load and strain data.Draw curve of load and strain.Analyze the effect of temperature on the ultimate tensile strength of the specimen.Analyze the effect of high temperature on the strain change of the steel part and the sleeve part of the specimen.In this paper concluded that:With the increase of temperature,the ultimate bearing capacity of specimens gradually decreases.The failure modes of unidirectional tensile specimens with different temperatures are affected.Compared with the experimental data,the failure mode of specimens is about 800 ℃.The conclusion of this paper is of certain reference value for the prediction of the residual strength of the connection part of the prefabricated building after high temperature,which is of practical significance for the repair of the assembled building fire and provides the test for the fire resistance design and construction of the connecting part of the reinforced sleeve reference... |
