In recent years due to the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the growing scale of city construction,and the slowly update of city water supply network cannot meet the city water supply's demand,there is a serious safety hazard in city water supply,pipe explosion accidents often happen,it will cause a large number of water leakage,not only affects the normal use of water users in urban areas,but also causes huge economic losses to water supply enterprises,how to effectively reduce the losses caused by pipe explosion has become an urgent problem for water supply departments at home and abroad.This paper first introduces the definition and classification of pipe explosion,This paper first introduces the definition and classification of pipe burst pipe,and analysis of pipe explosion accident mechanism and all kinds of causes and factors of pipe explosion,It provides a reference for the prevention and control of pipe burst during the construction and renewal of urban water supply network.The third chapter mainly introduces the establishment and verification of hydraulic model,use the city water supply network GIS based on attribute data,tap water factory revenue data to establish the water supply network hydraulic model,and the preliminary established hydraulic model is checked by using SC ADA monitoring data,the hydraulic model is obtained to meet the requirement of accuracy finally.The fourth chapter simulates the operation of the water supply network under the normal working condition by using the checked hydraulic model,and divides the accident area through the distribution of the pressure in the hydraulic model simulation results.According to the action principle of pipe burst accident in water supply network,the accident condition of water supply network is simulated on the basis of the normal condition of water supply network,through the analysis of SCADA data and the accident area under the accident condition,the relation between the SCADA monitoring data and the accident area is summarized under the condition of burst pipe in the water supply network.Under the condition of determining the accident area where the explosion accident point occurred,using application of golden section method combined with statistical indicators to determine the critical flow leakage accident,and the leakage flow is appended to the pressure monitoring point in the accident area,determine the closest to the actual explosion accident,and then analyze the suspicious point of pipe explosion accident.After determining the explosion accident point,the breadth first search algorithm is used to analyze the shutdown valve scheme at the point of accident,Remove the unnecessary valves,Get the best closing valve scheme,the optimum closing valve scheme is both accurate and economical,according to the optimal closing valve scheme and the distribution of water users in the water supply network,we can get the users who have received the influence of the closing valve scheme.At present,the technical level and management level of water companies are generally low,Therefore,it has become the inevitable trend of water supply industry to promote the information management of water supply company,based on EPANET and ArcObjects,the online water supply network calculation system is developed according to the requirement of water supply company,this system combines EPANET,ArcGIS and database effectively,and then release of services to the Web platform through the.NET framework.This system has strong function and low development cost,and it can be connected to the SCADA monitoring data in real time to calculate the operating state of the water supply network,It provides guidance for the real-time operation and scheduling of water supply network model,which is accords with the demand of water supply industry.
