At present, the development of China's construction industry is relatively extensive, most are still building cast-in-situ concrete structure, the resources can not be fully utilized, but also the construction process inevitably produces a large number of pollution, such as construction waste, sewage, dust and other pollutants, the impact on the surrounding environment greatly. If this kind of building model is maintained, the contradiction between economic growth and resources and environment can not be effectively solved. The economic benefits and environmental friendliness of the fabricated concrete structure have been proved in other developed countries and our country. The development of fabricated concrete structure can save a lot of resources, comply with the policy of energy saving and emission reduction, shorten the construction period, speed up the construction, and largely avoid the various pollution generated during the construction process. At present, the main form of prefabricated buildings in China is the assembly of integral structure. There are many wet operations in the field, and the construction efficiency is not high. The precast and fabricated dry connection mode has the advantages of fast construction connection, large saving time and cost and so on,so it should be the main development mode in the future. However, the aseismic performance of the joint connection of dry connection is poorso the research and experimental research are urgently needed for the problems of earthquake resistance and joint connection. We design the castin-place joint, prefabricated and assembled staircase type dry connected beam column joints and flange plate dry connected beam-column joint, the seismic performance analysis of the two types of dry connection of beam-column joints by using Abaqus finite element analysis software, and compared with the cast-in-place joints. This paper studies the effect of refabricated and assembled staircase dry connected beam-column joints of steel plate bolt hole position and connection steel position distribution on the stress performance of members,to find out the distribution form of an optimal, which can make the connection plate stress distribution is more uniform, and the material saving. In the form of the optimal distribution, building the model of prefabricated and assembled staircase dry connected beam column joints and the low cycle reciprocating displacement loading, and draw some seismic performance evaluation index, and analysis the parameter of its bolt yield strength, assembly connection position and axial compression ratio.Using of Abaqus for low cycle reciprocating displacement loading on prefabricated and assembled flange plate dry connected beam-column joint, the failure pattern, hysteresis curves, skeleton curves, ultimate bearing capacity, ductility, strength degradation, stiffness degradation and a series of seismic performance evaluation index is analyzed, and analysis the parameter of its number of joints connecting steel bars, assembly the connection position and the axial compression ratio of.
