Electroactive polymer is able to change its shape and size in the electric field of the intelligent material.With improved performance,application of electroactive polymer in the field of artificial muscle is more and more widely.According to the classification method of electroactive polymer actuation mechanism can be divided into electronic and ionic polymer in polymer and polymer.The traditional ion crosslinking agent gel electric drive are high toxicity and biological compatibility,high cost,using sodium alginate as calcium alginate gel polymer manufacturing electric drive,to determine the preparation process of calcium alginate gel electric drive;to clarify the biological gel electric drive through deflection mechanism;The effects of different factors on the response performance of the calcium alginate gel electric driver were studied by cross-linking of electroactive polymers by biological crosslinking method.The different concentration of CaCl2 tested by experiments,effects of response properties of calcium alginate gel film thickness on the drive.With the increase of CaCl2concentration,calcium alginate gel electric drive deflection displacement increased,reached the maximum deflection displacement of a certain concentration of 0.9g/L,then the deflection displacement decreases,electric drive deflection displacement of the gel concentration was prepared by the reaction of the minimum 1.0g/L in response,uniform speed change of deflection and displacement variation.With the increase of the glycerol concentration,deflection displacement of calcium alginate gel electric drive becomes smaller,the best effect of adding 0.67%glycerol,and glycerol The deflection displacement of the electric driver is slightly smaller and the response speed is large.The maximum deflection displacement and the slow response speed are obtained by adding 0.67%glycerol,which is the best synthetically compared with the electric driver without glycerol.The experiment of calcium alginate gel actuator size ratio,plasticizer glycerol and applied voltage on response properties.The impact test will not drive on the response performance of the width of the actuator.Actuator film thickness is 0307mm and the electrode film thickness is 0.327mm the preparation of calcium alginate gel electric drive response performance is the best.The applied voltage 3V,deflection displacement increased gradually in a certain period of time,then reached a steady state,fast response speed.The tremor behavior of calcium alginate gel electric driver was studied under different test conditions.The results showed that the tremor behavior occurred when the deflection displacement increased with time.When the deflection displacement increased with time,the tremor behavior appeared to be much.The mechanism of tremor behavior was explained,and the occurrence of the tremor behavior was restrained.
