In order to evaluate the thermal efficiency of turbines and the thermal pollution effect caused by nuclear power plants,platinum resistance thermometers were often used to measure water temperature.These platinum resistance thermometers need to be calibrated regularly.These platinum resistance thermometers are longer than standard platinum resistance thermometer.Their length could be over three meters,which make it to use the regular calibration system.In this paper,a new auto-calibration system for the long stem platinum resistance was present.The main contents and conclusions of this dissertation are:(1)Analyzed the research background,significance,research status and the basic theory of long pole platinum resistance calibration.The current nuclear-grade platinum resistance thermometer calibration device still has room for research and development improvement.(2)Determination of the design parameters and general requirements of nuclear grade long pole platinum resistance automatic calibration system.The feasibility of the design scheme was verified by Fluent 16.2 simulation.The selection of each calibration device was clarified and the test device body of the calibration device was designed.(3)To write the automatic calibration software matched with the long pole platinum resistance calibration device to realize the main functions such as communication,data processing,real-time display data and data graph with each device,automatic generation of calibration certificate and original data record sheet.(4)Calibration System Verification and Uncertainty Analysis.It has been verified that the calibrated temperature range of the long stem platinum resistance thermometer calibration system is 0?-40?.The temperature uniformity of the horizontal temperature field in the test device body is better than 10.05?,the temperature uniformity of the vertical temperature field is better thaną0.05?,and the stability of the temperature field is better than 0.04?/10min;Taking the data obtained when the calibration temperature point is 0? and 40? as an example,the uncertainty of temperature measurement of the long stem platinum resistance thermometer calibration system is 42mK(p=95%,veff=60)and 36mK(p=95%9 veff=60)respectively,which meets the design requirements and overall requirements of the system.
