Subject to factors such as space,vision,and tactile sensation,internal dimensional measurement has always been much more difficult than external dimension measurement.Inspired by the optically sensitive lever displacement amplification,this paper innovatively proposes the double optically sensitive lever method,which performs two-stage amplification of small displacements to increase the magnification and thus improve the resolution of the measurement of small displacements.In this paper,theoretical research and principle experiments are carried out.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,a new method of measuring the dimension of the inner diameter of the bearing,the double optical sensitive lever method,is proposed,which combines the reflection law of light and the method of analytic geometry.In the design of the 30 mm bearing inner diameter measurement program in this paper,the magnification of the optical lever mechanism and its theoretical resolution are calculated,the magnification of the mirror A alone is 18.49 times,and the magnification of the mirror B alone is 13.49 times;the theoretical value of the resolution of the probe A is about 0.03 m,and the theoretical value of the resolution of the probe B is about 0.04?m,in summary the resolution of dual optical lever method can reach 0.05?m,which can achieve sub micron measurement theoretically.Secondly,according to the law of light reflection,the error analysis model of the mirror is established by the vector method and analytical geometry method.It is found that the mirror rotating around the x-axis does not affect the displacement of the spot on the CCD camera.The error caused by the rotation of each mirror around the z-axis and the displacement error of the mirror along the axis will affect the displacement of the spot on the CCD camera in the target direction.Finally,the principle verification test of bearing inner diameter dimension measurement was designed.The experimental values were consistent with the theoretical values,which proved the correctness of the theoretical model.The design experiments verified that the resolution of the CCD camera was 0.5 ?m under the Zernike moment sub-pixel algorithm.The resolution calculates the resolution of the probe A and the probe B in the actual measurement process to be 0.1 ?m,which can meet the measurement requirements of the micron level.The study in this paper provides a feasible method for the measurement of bearing inner diameter,which is conducive to the application of small-scale online measurement.
