Study On Chloride Ions Combined Properties Of Desalination Sea Sand Mortar

Over the past few decades,many countries are active in the development of urbanization,many cities in the coastal river sand shortage,in order to solve the problem of shortage of river sand,storage abundant,cheap sea sand are applied to a lot of construction projects,but the chloride ion of sea sand can cause steel corrosion.River sand with desalination sea sand mixing can reduce the chloride ion content in the desalination of sea sand mortar,but river sand with desalination sea sand mixing can make the differences between the distribution of chloride ions in the desalination of sea sand mortar,and the distribution of chloride ions can affect the desalination of sea sand mortar combined chlorine ion,further influence of reinforcement corrosion,so the river sand with desalination sea sand mixing of desalination of sea sand mortar combining with the influence of chloride ion is of great importance.The experimental study on the different proportion of river sand with desalination sea sand mixing desalination of sea sand mortar specimens made of each specimen at the same total chlorine ion content,by comparing the desalination of sea sand mortar specimens of free chlorine ions,chloride ion,Friedel,s salt,ettringite in the content and distribution of the performance of the desalination of sea sand mortar combining the chloride ion.The main contents are as follows:(1)The desalination of sea sand mortar internal mixing of chloride ion bonding properties.Through titration test desalination of sea sand mortar specimen,the content of free chlorine ion in different age free chlorine ion,combining the change rules of chlorine ion content,points out that the chloride ion distribution on desalination of sea sand mortar combining with the influence of chloride ions.Through the SEM tests at the same time,from the perspective of mesoscopic contrast desalination of sea sand mortar compactness,analysis of pore physical adsorption of chloride ions.Analyzed the desalination of sea sand mortar specimen was tested by XRD hydration products type,probes into the river sand with desalination sea sand mixing to downplay the influence law of hydration products of sea sand mortar.Results it is concluded that: in total chlorine ion content in the desalination of sea sand mortar specimens of the same circumstances,the higher the concentration of chlorine ion in mixed with the desalination of sea sand,desalination of sea sand mortar combined chlorine ion of the worse performance.(2)The desalination of sea sand mortar external permeability of chloride ions in combination with performance.By titration,the microscopic observation,the material content test,analysis of groups of desalination of sea sand mortar specimens of free chlorine ioncontent,combined with the chloride ion,compactness,the reason why there are differences matter content.By electrochemical test contrast river sand and desalination sea sand mixing on the influence of reinforcement corrosion,qualitative and quantitative analysis of corrosion of reinforcement.Atthe same time with dip drying experiment of reinforcement corrosion.Results it is concluded that,in total chlorine ion content in the desalination of sea sand mortar specimens of the same circumstances,the higher the concentration of chlorine ion in mixed with the desalination of sea sand,desalination of sea sand mortar combined with external permeability of chloride ion,the worse performance,at the same time in the desalination of sea sand mortar rebar corrosion rate is higher.
