With the developing of industrial informatization and the primitive promotion of reducing cost,industrial control system is becoming more and more open than before,inevitably introducing more hidden dangers.Under the background of bus system being the core of communication,how to make the bus system of water conservancy pump station run safely and avoid illegal instruction intrusion effectively has become an important research direction of operation management of water conservancy project.in this paper,a set of water conservancy pumping station information system based on.Net technology is designed based on the Changshu Water Conservancy Project Wangyu River Pumping Station.The functions of monitoring the flow of industrial data in industrial control system,screening and analyzing illegal flow,checking the flow ratio of each equipment and compiling the working log are provided.This paper first analyzes the current running bus RS485 of Changshu Water Conservancy Project,introduces the physical structure and transmission mechanism of RS485 bus,analyzes the current protocol Modbus protocol,and introduces the Modbus protocol : its design defects and security problems.The data packet structure of Modbus TCP is analyzed emphatically.Secondly,according to the field situation of Changshu Water Conservancy Project,the paper analyzes OPC,which is called "soft bus" in the pumping station and obtain the bus data flow information of the pumping station unit equipment by analyzing the communication mode between the OPC client and the server.On this basis,combining the principle of principal component analysis(PCA)to reduce the dimension of bus data flow,the paper reduces the complexity of bus data feature extraction.Then using the principle of multi-parameter fast optimization,AdaGrad is used as the parameter optimization algorithm of DNN model,and the bus security model is established based on bus data.This paper uses PCA-DNN to train the normal industrial data to get the industrial control defense model,having a good generalization ability and can effectively solving problems that the common detection algorithm has such as: low detection accuracy,model training time long,false alarm rate,high rate of missing reports;Finally,a water pumping station monitoring system based on.Net system is designed and implemented,and the system experiment is carried out.Under the condition of given data flow,the identification of illegal data flow is completed in this paper.The experimental results show that the bus security defense model developed in this paper is feasible and reasonable in the principle of water pumping station monitoring system.Compared with other bus security algorithms,the method proposed in this paper has a higher recognition rate for the data stream of a specific protocol,and has good practicability and innovation..
