| To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,our country needs numerous security factors and development interests,all of which are inextricably linked with the ocean.Since the beginning of the new century,marine science and navigation technology have developed rapidly,maritime activities have become more frequent,and more and more conflicts have arisen with the oceans.Therefore,for our country,the maintenance of maritime rights and interests is of great significance,and in this,The main carrier of maritime law enforcement must be a public service ship.In the process of sailing official ships,various kinds of ship collision accidents will inevitably occur.If you want to reduce the loss of ship collision accidents,you can start from two aspects,that is,change the conditions that affect the degree of structural damage and improve the ship’s own collision avoidance performance.In general,improving the ship’s own collision avoidance performance is the main purpose and focus of ship collision studies.The focus of this article is to improve the crashworthiness of ships.The most common method is to optimize the traditional structure,but if only consider this method,the overall effect is limited.Therefore,this article analyzes the effects of external plate thickness,number of ribs,and cabin shell thickness on the crashworthiness of the ship,revealing that the impact damage deformation and energy absorption of the hull structure are affected by the number of ribs,the thickness of the outer plate,and the thickness of the inner shell of the nacelle.The impact of the change.This paper mainl y uses nonlinear finite element numerical simulation methods to conduct a series of in-depth studies on the collision problem of coastal official ships.Based on the study of collision damage characteristics and energy absorption mechanism of coastal official ships,the plan is changed and studied in detail.The structural strengthening design of the ship side mainly includes the following contents:1)Learning summary of the collision mechanism.Read the literature on ship collision and learn and summarize the research progress of ship collision mechanism.2)The nonlinear finite element theory and method applied in the numerical simulation of digestion and absorption of ship collisions.To study and analyze the applicable circumstances of finite element calculation,elastic-plastic material constitutive model considering strain rate sensitivity,compressible low-density foam material model,friction calculation in contact collision.3)Study on the numerical simulation of collision based on the structure of a coastal public ship.With the help of dynamic non-linear finite element software MSC.Dytran,a coastal commercial ship structure was simulated and its performance in structural damage deformation,collision force,and energy absorption of the side structure was studied under different scenarios.4)Based on the structural strengthening of the engine room of a coastal official ship.With the help of MSC.Patran software,the structure of the nacelle’s position structure was strengthened,and the board thickness and structural form of the nacelle were optimized under the most dangerous working conditions,and modifications were made to the structure of a coastal public service vessel. |
