Being an indispensable factor in the development of modern industry,Stepper motors,are increasingly used in the field of control and power supply.The superior performance of the stepper motor is achieved by the controller and its integral with the controller.The stepper motor controller is an actuator that sends a series of pulse signals to the motor to drive the motor to generate corresponding angular displacement.The angular displacement of the stepper motor can be controlled by the number of pulses sent by the controller,and the rotational speed is controlled by the pulse frequency.The direction of rotation can be done by controlling the direction signal.The development of the domestic stepper motor industry is extremely unbalanced.Most of the stepper motor controllers on the market adopt open-loop control,and the positioning accuracy is low,which causes problems such as poor dynamic characteristics and low-frequency oscillation,in severe cases,it may lead to out-of-step or overshoot.The closed-loop controller,such as stepper servo,although has high precision,the price of control chips and resistors and capacitors has risen sharply in the past two years,and some parts are out of stock,resulting in low controller shipments and high prices.Along with the changes in China's manufacturing 2025,green low-carbon economy and new consumer demand,industrial restructuring and enterprise upgrading and transformation have become the inevitable requirements for the survival and development of enterprises in the future.Under the guidance of international industrial transfer,the trend of inefficient product upgrading,and policies such as energy conservation,environmental protection and circular economy,the rapid transformation of the traditional low-efficiency,high-energy-consuming equipment and the rapid rise of the Internet of Things and smart equipment,the market of stepper motors is growing rapidly,and the high-precision,low-cost,and superior performance controllers remain highly demand among the market.Therefore,research on stepper motor controller has important theoretical research value and social and economic significance,and has broad application prospects.Aiming at the above situation,this thesis takes two-phase hybrid stepper motor as the research object,studying the driving principle and control technology of the universal controller,looking at the driving principle of subdivision drive and H-bridge drive in stepper motor based on chip STM32F103.Meanwhile the thesis also researches the principle of position closed-loop control technology,current hysteresis PWM control technology,and puts forward the key parameters of the controller.On this basis,this thesis designs the controller hardware circuit,draws the PCB circuit board,edits the software code and carriers out the software simulation.The prototype was made to conduct related experiments.The experiment verifies that the phase current waveform of the stepping motor is closer to the sine wave under the high subdivision,and the motor low speed control effect is better.Simultaneously verify that the controller prototype has high precision and stable performance,which can make the two-phase hybrid stepping motor output smoothly at a low speed without jitter.There is no out-of-step and overshoot condition when starting and stopping quickly,and the efficiency of pulling out the torque is high.In addition,the industrialization elements of stepper motor controllers are further elaborated,The first is market analysis.The main entry point of the industrialization market is emerging markets,followed by the core competitiveness of core technologies and cost advantages.It is proposed to master core patents and reduce costs from the direction of raw material procurement and large-scale industrialization.Finally,the products are introduced.Serialized design and industrialization model of production,education and research.Combing the research and development of controllers with industrialization will provide a reference for the subsequent development of stepper motor controllers.
