By using technologies of the Internet of Vehicles(IoV),such as sensing and information communication,the traffic system can perceive,recognize and calculate a large-scaled situation information of environment factors including people,vehicles and road infr-astructure,so as to provide IoV services to vehicles and people in the environment,optimize the efficiency and guarantee the satefy of city trip and improve the quality and effect of IoV services.Because the traditional Intelligent Transportion System(ITS)has a too single means of situation awareness,it's not enough to support large-scale and fine-graned traffic situation awareness.Therefore,large-scale traffic situation awareness can rely on the methods of group intelligence.Individual situation information can be fused to the group traffic situation awareness information based on group cooperation,so as to overcome the limitations of the perception ability of a single terminal,and improve the scale and accuracy of situation awareness.In order to meet the needs of group intelligence perception,this paper proposes a road network traffic flow forecasting algorithm named CoSTNet for group intelligence scheduling process.By learning the regional correlation and trend characteristics of historical traffic data,this algorithm can predict the temporal and spatial distribution of road network traffic flow at the future time,thus providing a basis for task scheduling of group intelligence perception and effectively improving the efficiency of group collaborative perception.At the same time,a multi-dimensional vehicle set sear-ch method is proposed to select task vehicles by constructing a multi-dimensional vehicle relationship network,which ensures the quantity and quality of alternative vehicle sets.This paper integrates the algorithm strategy and system design to optimize the system function business logic and improve the efficiency of traffic situation awareness service.Based on the IoV group intelligence perception technology,this paper builds a traffic situation awareness service system to deal with the IoV application requirements,so as to open and provide IoV common supporting capabilities such as group collaborative perception and situation computing and prediction.In the design and implementation part of the service system,this paper describes the relevant technologies of traffic situation awareness service system,and based on the application scenario of the system,the functional requirements of task publishing agencies,terminal vehicles and system administrators are analyzed.Then,according to the results of requirement analysis and the two main tasks of group intelligence scheduling and situation calculation that the system needs to accomplish,the overall design framework of the system is given.The group intelligence scheduling module,situation calculation module,terminal management module and user interaction module are designed modularily.The detailed design scheme of the system is given in combination with the key process design and interface design,and the services proposed in the paper are also provided.The functions and modules of the system are tested and verified in detail.Finally,the work summary of the paper and the next work and research direction are given.
