Nowadays,with the development of road traffic,people's demand for traffic information with strong regional and practical effect is increasing.However,most of the emerging question-and-answer platforms cannot meet this personalized need.But it is possible to achieve fast,efficient and accurate traffic information acquisition service,with the high popularity of smart mobile terminals and the development of intelligent question answering technology.At the same time,combined with the question-and-answer platform,which is a"crowdsourcing"mode,it can also realize the dynamic acquisition and sharing of traffic information.This paper designs and implements a traffic information acquisition service system based on question-and-answer method,taking traffic rinformation acquisition as the core and question-and-answer as the main way,combining the automatic question-and-answer technology of large-scale traffic information knowledge base and the professional question-and-answer platform technology focusing on traffic information acquisition.In the research of QA algorithm,this paper proposes a knowledge base QA algorithm based on Gated Key-Value Memory Networks.This algorithm integrates the gating mechanism into the related memory networks,which can flexibly express the existing knowledge,reduce the accumulation of errors in the multi-layer model,avoid the problem of gradient disappearance and network degradation,and improve the accuracy of the system.Finally,the algorithm is applied to the service to realize intelligent question answering technology.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and related technology of traffic information acquisition service based on question-and-answer method.The specific requirements of services are analyzed in detail according to the service-oriented roles:ordinary users,task publishers,task executors and administrators.Next,a knowledge base question-and-answer algorithm based on memory networks is proposed.Experiments are carried out on the crawled traffic data set and the constructed question-and-answer data set to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.At the same time,the system structure,functional modules,database table,key processes and internal and external interfaces of the service are introduced in detail.On this basis,the service is implemented.According to subsystems and modules division,diagrams,attributes and methods of related classes are given.Finally,the whole service is tested and validated.At the end,the paper summarized the whole work and put forward the future research directions.
