| The mountain area environment in which bridges are located is generally complex,and geological disasters occur frequently.Rolling stone disasters and other geological disasters associated with landslides and collapses have a great impact on the damage of bridges.It is difficult to predict and has many basic characteristics such as multi-source,suddenness,randomness,mass-generating,periodicity,and spatial offset.The damage of rolling stone disasters is destructive and can easily cause personal injury and significant economic losses.With the country’s construction and economic development,the main line of transportation extends to the mountainous areas,and the problem of mountain bridges being threatened by the rolling stones is becoming increasingly prominent.This paper analyzes the formation factors and basic characteristics of rolling stone disasters in mountainous areas,summarize the characteristics of potential rolling stones disasters in the study area.The bridge and rolling stone models are established by ABAQUS finite element software,and six different working conditions are proposed to carry out the process of rolling stones.On this basis,the intact and damaged bridge models are built by using 3ds Max.Collected DEM data and remote sensing data of the research area and generated 3D terrain in ArcGIS’s ArcScene module.Imported the 3D model of bridge to realize the 3D scene simulation of bridge under rolling stone disaster.Through investigation and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Rolling stones have various ways of moving.The mainly movement forms of rolling stone are sliding,rolling,flying and collision.The development conditions of rolling stone disaster include two aspects: rolling stone source and topographical conditions.The triggering factors of rolling stone movement mainly include the changes of natural environment,the influence of human activities and other disasters.It is rains a lot all year in the research area,and there is a high cutting slope caused by manual excavation,which may cause a rolling stone disaster under certain conditions;(2)With the help of finite element software,the numerical simulation of the collision process of rolling stone impact bridge shows that,when the bridge deck and pier are impacted by rolling stones,the main performance is the partial damage near the impacted point.The whole deformation of Auxiliary Pier is large after being impacted by rolling stones,and the main beam structure connected with the auxiliary pier is also affected;(3)The 3D model of the bridge was made by using 3ds Max software,and the methods of building 3D whole and damaged bridge model were given.Using the DEM data and remote sensing data of the study area,the 3D terrain simulation of the study area was carried out based on ArcGIS.Through the introduction of the 3D model of the bridge,the 3D scene simulation of the rolling stone disaster in the study area was realized. |
