| With the rapid development of economic construction and the further implementation of the strategy of developing the western region,the western region of China has gradually developed high-grade highways,and the construction of tunnels,viaducts and high fills has emerged.The high fill has a high height and a large amount of filling,which is prone to sedimentation and poor stability.If the above problems are not solved,it will affect the quality of the pavement layer and the service life of the road,and even affect the safety of driving.Based on this,the paper carries out research on quality control of high fill embankment construction,analyzes the compaction method which is more suitable for high fill,proposes a better combination of construction quality control indicators,establishes post-construction settlement prediction model,and improves the quality of high-fill construction in mountainous areas.The control system is of great significance for improving the construction quality of high fill embankments and extending the service life of roads.This paper takes the construction quality control of high-fill embankment in mountainous area as the starting point.Taking a high-fill embankment in Chongqing as an example,the following research results are obtained:(1)By comparing the applicable conditions of the subgrade pressure implementation process,based on the control objectives of the three major engineering projects of quality,construction period and cost,the evaluation index system of compaction method are established.Through evaluating the high fill embankment compaction method,suitable Compaction method for high fill embankments in mountainous areas is selected;(2)Combining the characteristics of the construction process of the strong tamping method and the reinforcement mechanism of the strong tamping method,analyzing the influencing factors of the construction quality of the strong tamping method,using the interval analytic method to extract the key influencing factors in order to provide the basis for the construction quality control of the strong tamping method;(3)Analyzing the characteristics of subgrade construction quality control indicators and the correlation between the indicators,and proposing combined control of construction parameters with compaction degree,combined with software simulation numerical results,the construction quality control standard of strong tamping method are put forward.Based on the application of the high fill embankment project,this paper verifies the effectiveness of the construction quality control indicator combination;(4)Analyzing the characteristics of engineering quality management methods and quality management methods in other fields,taking a high fill subgrade project in Chongqing as an example,the construction quality control based on zero defect concept is put forward.This paper emphasizes the importance of prevention in quality control.Improving the subjective consciousness of the person,which strengthens the construction quality control.Combining the construction process of the strong tamping method,specific high-fill construction quality control measures from the three stages of pre-construction quality control,construction process quality and quality inspection and assessment are made,which can help guide the high fill embankment construction of strong tamping method.(5)Studying the prediction method of post-construction settlement,based on the characteristics of post-construction settlement monitoring data of a high-filling in Chongqing,this paper uses the GM(1,1)model with unequal time interval to predict the post-construction settlement,and verifies the prediction accuracy of the model with actual monitoring results.By improving the model,this paper uses the Metabolic unequal time prediction GM(1,1)model to predict the post-construction settlement.The improved model shows better prediction accuracy. |
