| Since the steel material of light weight,high structural strength characteristics,in recent years,more and more bridges selected as the primary load-bearing steel component.However,because the steel structure material itself has good thermal conductivity,the temperature expansion coefficient is large,and it is sensitive to temperature changes,so the influence of temperature on the steel structure bridge cannot be ignored.At present,many achievements have been made in the study of the influence of temperature field and temperature on the structure of bridges.But the study focused on the concrete bridge,suspension bridge and cable-stayed bridge,steel arch bridge for the study less,and research form focuses on theoretical models,and lacks comparison with long-term measured data.Therefore,the influence of the temperature difference distribution and temperature on the steel arch bridge structure needs to be further improved.To this end,this paper uses Tianyuan Bridge as the engineering background,through the data obtained by the established structural health monitoring system,analyzes the temperature effect of the medium-supported steel arch bridge,and mainly completed the following tasks:It firstly introduces the structural health monitoring system and analyses the monitoring data,in order to establish a data base for future study.Next,get the temperature strain curve which is pre-processed the original data from the health monitoring system in Tianyuan Bridge by wavelet,then makes correlation analysis on the temperature with arch ribs and main beam separately.On the basis,analyses the temperature effect based on the monitoring data,and gets the result of the relation between the temperature difference and the temperature stress difference of each channel under different temperature changes and different structures.Moreover,introduces the calculation principle of temperature effect of bridge structure and the criterion of temperature effect in different countries.Meanwhile,according to the character of Tianyuan Bridge,build the finite element model to calculate the temperature effect under four different load cases,then states the results of finite element model;Lastly,compares the theoretical calculating value with measured value basing on the monitoring data and finite element model calculation,then corrects and adjustments the four load cases.In the process of correction and adjustment,it is found that the vertical temperature difference of arch rib is not considered comprehensively.While on the main beam,due to the large aspect ratio of the section size of the main beam,the existence of transverse temperature difference should be considered in the design... |
