A modal which only concerned about operators how to obtain maximum profit or minimum cost as the goal in route optimization design,it usually happened in the traditional container liner network optimization.But with global warming,environmental pollution problems are becoming serious;the shipping industry of carbon emissions aroused people's more and more concern.In order to solve this problem,this paper put forward a network optimization design model which considered operators,carbon emissions and government subsidy of container liner transportation at the same time;design a more reasonable transportation network is a major problem of this article.Container liner transportation system in the Yangtze River was regarded as the research object.first expounded the course of its development,characteristics,existing problems and the importance of optimization design;Secondly,presents its ports,market and business conditions,the method of time series and exponential smoothing forecast in 2020 of the Yangtze river container throughput will reach 22.4832 million TEU;Then the analysis and design should consider indicators,establish a multi-objective mixed 0-1 integer linear programming model;LINGO9.0 optimization software was used to get a low carbon economy under the perspective of the Yangtze River container liner transportation network.Results show that in order to meet the Luzhou port to Nantong port about ten port a week downward transport demand,need a total of 300 TEU ship 170,21 kinds of routes,total profit of 15251866 Yuan,the total cost of 58762623 Yuan,government subsidies of 58956 Yuan,emissions is lower than the government forced low-carbon scenarios(24.2 kg/m ton-km).The improved optimization model is obviously more accord with the requirement of low carbon economic and social development,container liner shipping network design for liner companies provides reasonable decision support.
