With the rapid development of China's aviation industry and the continuous growth of air traffic volume,the security capacity of most of China's hub airports and trunk airports is facing increasing pressure,resulting in tight use of airport time slot resources,air traffic congestion,serious flight delays and declining service quality.The ground support services provided by the airport for flights mainly include:aircraft maintenance operations,passenger support operations,luggage and freight operations,catering operations,aircraft refueling operations,business aircraft operations,aircraft towing operations and other flight support operations.These support operations need to be completed by the relevant special vehicles,such as ferry vehicles refueling vehicles,luggage vehicles,food trucks,water trucks and tractors.At present,most airports in China use manual scheduling for special vehicles,which is very inefficient and error-prone and easy to cause flight delays.In order to enhance the support capability of the surface of flights at the airport,flight analysis ground security key factors,such as flight security of some special vehicle service link whether there is any delay,flight security service company size,flight time related factors such as roads,find out the flight ground support services available to optimize the improvement.Firstly,this paper uses the association rule algorithm in data mining to mine and analyze the flight guarantee data and find the correlation between the scheduling delay of some special vehicles and flight delay in the process of flight guarantee.Secondly,according to the main factors,the paper innovatively put forward the dual-objective collaborative scheduling optimization model of ferryboat and tractor,and introduced virtual flight to solve the problem that a flight needs multiple ferryboat services.According to the characteristics of the problem,two solutions based on particle swarm optimization algorithm were designed:hierarchical sequence method and MOPSO(Multiple Objectives with Particle Swarm Optimization)algorithm.The capital airport as an example,with the total number of used vehicles and vehicle task goal of balance degree,the optimal least,shuttle buses and tractor scheduling scheme,optimization of the airport ground support services resource scheduling,improve the utilization rate of related support equipment and provide decision support for airport related business department.
