| With the development of China’s economy,the western highway traffic is increasingly reconstructed.Currently,as China’s highway construction extends into complex mountainous areas,it is inevitable to encounter various geological disasters.Therefore,the risk assessment of the geological hazards plays an important role in effectively monitoring and controlling the hazards.However,at present,most of the generally applicable methods are subjective evaluation like expert rating,and the evaluation records are mostly kept in the form of paper rating.Meanwhile,these geological data of hidden trouble points and risk assessment results that cost a lot of manpower and material resources have no practical effect.Through data mining technology,potential rules can be found from these data,thus providing an efficient solution for risk assessment.The paper,adopting the C4.5 decision tree classification method in data mining,analyzes the risk assessment data collected in highways of some mountainous areas in Sichuan Province,and then establishes the decision tree risk assessment model.Through the design and implementation of mountain highway risk assessment system,it is of great significance to apply the classification rule generated by the algorithm to the actual risk assessment process,and complement the existing risk assessment system to form the combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation process.Below are the details of this paper:1.Summary and analysis to the present situation of the application of risk assessment and the decision tree algorithm for geological hazards at home and abroad.2.Research on the application of the C4.5 decision tree algorithm in risk assessment of highway geological hazards in mountainous areas.First of all,through data integration,data cleaning and data conversion,the risk assessment data collected in some part of the mountain highways’ hazard points in Sichuan province are preprocessed.Secondly,through the C4.5 decision tree algorithm,potential hazard points having a greater influence on the risk rating are identified,then the decision tree model of risk assessment is established,and at the same time,the classification rules of the risk assessment of mountain highway geological disaster are generated.3.Design of risk assessment system for highway geological hazards in the mountainous area.Firstly,through demand analysis,the functions of the system are defined.Secondly,the system architecture,overall structure design,and functional module design are analyzed and designed.Finally,the database design is carried out from the aspects of logical design,physical design and security,as well as maintenance of the database.4.Realization of highway geological disaster risk assessment system in the mountainous area.Based on the demand analysis,system design and database design of the system,by adopting B/S architecture,the function module of the system is developed and realized based on Django,MySQL and other technologies.Finally,through the functional test and test run of the system,it shows that the use of the system basically meets the needs of users. |
