Planning And Design Of Leisure Town In Qinglu Village Of Xinzhou City

Since the 19 th 18th CPC National Congress,our country has implemented the strategy of rural revitalization.We should give priority to agriculture and rural areas over other development.It is very important to solve the problems of farmers in agriculture and rural areas.As President Jinping Xi has said,if China wants to be strong,agriculture must be strong,if China wants to be beautiful,the countryside must be beautiful.if China wants to get rich,the farmers must get rich.In the new economic situation,building characteristic small town,it is the new practice that solves agriculture,rural and farmer.It was a community of common interest.The construction of special towns will help increase residents’ income,and develop innovative agriculture and green agriculture.Utilizing agricultural assets,developing agricultural functions,conducting agricultural experiences and promoting sustainable agricultural development.This paper studied Xinzhou city Qinglu village.Through literatured review,typical cases and swot method combined with the natural ecological environment and location conditions of the region,the project was specifically analyzed.Finally,it will formed a leisure town with characteristics including food housing transportation travel entertainment and shopping,and achieved economic,social and ecological benefits,so as to promoted the realization of industrial poverty alleviation goals.
