Fan blade is an important components of wind turbine,blade shape and structure design of the fit and unfit quality directly related to the normal operation of the fan and generating hours,blade requires careful to aerodynamic shape design to be able to get the maximum power output with minimum cost,fan outside the aerodynamic design and the structure of the internal parts design basic determines both the validity and reliability of the fan operation.Overall design mainly includes the blower fan blade aerodynamic shape design and internal structure design of the two main directions,pneumatic shape design mainly from the theory of pneumatic Angle can ensure maximum utilization of wind energy resources.This paper introduces the fan blades in the use of material,on the basis of mechanics analysis of fan blades,starting from the theory of momentum-evvh,using Wilson,a design method of blade aerodynamic shape design,the mathematical model of aerodynamic blade,through the simulation analysis of blade aerodynamic performance check and verify the validity and practicability of this kind of design method,for the engineering practice,provide a theory support in the selection of fan blades.
