The advantage of High-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor(HSPMSM)is small moment of inertia and fast dynamic response.Due to the high speed and high power per unit volume,the motor is smaller than the same power and low speed one.The weight of the motor and the manufacturing cost is reduced.This type of motor is widely used in the fields of aviation,flywheel energy storage,and the oil industry.However,in the research process of HSPMSM,it is found that the change of motor parameters are effected on the high speed and fast temperature rise.As a result,the control performance is influenced seriously.In this thesis,the electro-magnetic design and control strategy is carried out analysis according to a HSPMSM.The main research contents in this paper are as follows:1.The characteristics of HSPMSM are briefly introduced.Then the structure of stator and rotor is designed.The primary work is to determine the inner and outer diameters of stator and rotor,to select the length and size of permanent magnet and core material,to select pole slot and to match and optimize windings.Ansoft/Maxwell2 D finite element analysis software is used to establish the physical model of the motor.The stator and rotor magnetic field,air gap magnetic field amplitude,magnetic flux density distribution and torque of the new structure motor is simulated by this software.The no-load and load characteristics of the HSPMSM are analyzed,and the rationality of the design is verified.2.To solve these problems of slow speed response time,overshoot and large steady-state error in traditional PMSM PID control system,the fuzzy summary and flexible neural network control are transferred in the traditional PID control,a new algorithm of flexible neural network fuzzy PID control is put forward.The PMSM controller is designed based on this algorithm,then the simulation model is established by MATLAB.The simulation results of traditional control algorithm of fuzzy PID and flexible neural network PID is compared.A significant reduction is proved that in speed response time and steady-state error can be obviously reduced by this algorithm.The simulation model of this system is built by MATLAB/Simulink.Each module is introduced separately,and the waveform of each group is analyzed and compared.3.The motor model is built in Maxwell 2D.The motor control circuit is constructed on Ansys/Simplorer.To form a complete HSPMSM control system,the motor model in Maxwell 2D is transfered to Simplorer,and each module is introduced separately.Finally,the motor control algorithm in MATLAB/Simulink is introduced into the system,the rationality of the algorithm is verified.Figure [67] table [6] reference [68]...
