In the mechanical industry,the main role of the compressor is to improve the gas pressure,according to its principle can be divided into piston compressor,rotary compressor,axial flow compressor,etc.,which is widely used in the piston compressor.Piston compressor is a kind of reciprocating machinery,reciprocating motion form of piston compressor has many frequency vibration,big noise and air pulsation and other shortcomings.In this paper,the piston compressor commonly used in the industry field investigation,and participate in the design and production of the premise,the key problems found in the study;This paper mainly discusses the vibration reasons of the body and the external air pipeline,and carries out force balance calculation and vibration simulation for the existing equipment,and puts forward Suggestions for improvement.The analysis results and Suggestions are of practical significance to the design and manufacture of double tandem oil free compressors.According to the specific equipment parameter requirements,this paper calculates the main parameters of the cylinder diameter part of the piston compressor and conducts vibration simulation analysis with the main functional parts of the equipment as the research object.The main research work is as follows:1)according to literature review and field practice learning,the research progress and status quo of piston compressor vibration problems at home and abroad at present,the main working performance parameters and the relationship between the parameters of the compressor are explored based on the structural characteristics of the double-row piston compressor.2)SolidWorks is used to create 3d models of key moving parts of piston compressor.If the model is more complex,it will reduce the efficiency of computer simulation.Therefore,the 3d model of piston compressor is simplified.3)using the computer motion simulation software ADAMS to carry out the motion simulation of piston parts of the piston compressor,and according to the obtained analysis cloud chart,study and analyze the vibration problem of the piston compressor;4)according to the analysis cloud chart obtained by the motion simulation software,the vibration characteristics of the piston compressor under the motion parameters of the original equipment were understood,and the deficiencies of the original equipment were found.On this basis,Suggestions for improvement of the original equipment were given.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: the main reasons for the increasing vibration of the original equipment are as follows.Piston ring and guide ring(support ring)wear,resulting in piston parts(piston rod)sinking;After the process gas is cooled and liquefied,it enters the cylinder and corrodes the inner wall.After the process gas is compressed,air flow pulse is generated by gap exhaust.This paper puts forward the improvement Suggestions for these four reasons.According to the calculation and analysis of the piston force balance and the vibration of the piston parts,the reason of the stronger vibration is confirmed,and the improvement direction is put forward.Figure 39 table 4 references 14...
