The suspension system develops from the passive suspension to the present active suspension,after introducing the advanced electron,the control,the material and so on high sophisticated technology,the active suspension technology maturity is rising unceasingly,also becomes more and more comprehensive in the functional aspect.When applied to practical engineering,active suspension plays a key role in tracked or wheeled vehicles.Therefore,the performance of active suspension is crucial to the overall performance and experience of vehicles.Whether the active suspension is good or bad,the corresponding evaluation scheme should be put forward,and the corresponding test system should be designed for testing.In this context,it is of great research significance to design the corresponding test system for the evaluation of specific active suspension.The test system studied in this paper serves for the test of active suspension performance.First of all,corresponding analysis of the tested object is required.Only by mastering some internal laws,can the test be conducted purposefully,and the overall design of the test system become more rigorous.After the test objects are defined and relevant test schemes are formulated,it is necessary to design and analyze the components of the test system through simulation,and finally carry out actual tests to obtain test data.The main research contents of this paper are:design of test scheme of active suspension system,analysis and design of mechanical components related to the test system,design of hardware circuit and analysis of measured data.(1)In the active suspension performance evaluation test system scheme design part,the evaluation criteria of active suspension performance are first analyzed and determined.The type of active suspension under test was analyzed,and the control simulation analysis of the suspension model was carried out by using Simulink module in MATLAB.According to the simulation results and the above discussion on active suspension,the test scheme of active suspension system was developed.(2)In the analysis and design of related mechanical parts of the test system,since it is necessary to obtain pavement spectrum data,the load-bearing wheel is the carrier that directly transfers the road surface excitation upward,so it is necessary to carry out correlation analysis.The acceleration sensor protection box and related parts of the test instrument are designed by CATIA modeling.It is necessary to conduct ANSYS simulation for whether these mechanical structures will have certain influence on the test.After a series of simulation analysis,it is found that the mechanical structure will not affect the test.(3)In the part of hardware circuit design,the measured signal is analyzed and estimated according to the experimental experience value,and the range of the measured signal is determined.The corresponding analog circuit is designed to convert the charge signal into voltage signal and realize the acquisition and storage of the measured signal.(4)In the analysis part of the measured data,the collected pavement spectrum data are analyzed in MATLAB.By means of fast Fourier transform and correlation analysis and other technical means,it is verified that the design of the test system can meet the test requirements and provide an analysis method for evaluating the performance of active suspension.
