At present,energy and environmental issues have become increasingly prominent,and the development and use of solar energy for photovoltaic power generation are inevitable for building development.The construction of solar photovoltaic power generation projects is called a new model of “buildings generate energy” and will gradually become a trend and hot spot for renewable energy construction.Solar photovoltaic power generation is an important indicator to measure and evaluate the sustainable development of buildings.Therefore,at each stage of project planning,design,verification,and financial subsidies,it is necessary to accurately predict the amount of power generated by the system.Existing photovoltaic solar building power generation still uses traditional PV software prediction methods.For complex building models,it cannot be accurately predicted.BIM(Building Information Modeling,or BIM for short)technology,using this technology,can greatly improve the efficiency of the construction industry,and also ensure the quality of project construction.It can also collect and sort out the construction process.Item information.Therefore,it is a general trend to apply BIM technology in solar photovoltaic power generation construction projects.The main research contents of this paper are shown as following:First of all,the theoretical points of the solar building project and BIM technology were analyzed and sorted out.The BIM-based solar building power generation forecasting method was focused on,the development status of the current solar energy project was explored,and the various aspects of the project development were briefly analyzed.,Summarizes the status quo and development strategies for solar building architectural design and solar building integration.And moreover,taking the “back-shaped” building of Guiyang Hi-Tech Development Zone as the research object,the photovoltaic power generation model radiation quantity simulation power generation forecasting method is applied to predict the calculation power generation of the building.In addition,by combining BIM technology with the solar photovoltaic building industry,the development process and development model of solar photovoltaic buildings have been optimized,providing a theoretical basis for the working methods of relevant practitioners.Finally,through the analysis of specific construction projects,BIM technology is used to calculate and analyze the energy consumption involved in solar buildings,and through the gradual optimization,the corresponding solutions are proposed for the problems in the project development process.The research results show that the method for predicting the power generation of solar buildings based on BIM technology is practical and feasible.Compared with the traditional power generation forecasting methods,it has significant improvement and is worthy of promotion and development in practical use.
