As the real estate market in recent years and the vigorous development of urban public facilities construction,the building elevator increased loading capacity,according to data show that since 2017,our country each year increased by 300000 elevators,if all the new elevator installing energy-saving device,calculation according to work 12 hours a day,the newly installed elevator can save 4.8 billion kilowatt hours of electricity every year.In view of this practical problem,how to be greener,more energy efficient,and improve the energy efficiency of elevators has long-term significance.In the traditional elevator inverter structure,when the elevator is braking,the pumping voltage will be generated at the side of the dc bus,and the energy consumption generated on the capacitor will be consumed in the way of parallel energy consumption resistance at the capacitor side.PWM inverters have bidirectional energy flow,power factor correction and harmonic suppression capabilities,which are widely used in the power industry.This article expounds the elevator to the basic principle of feedback control system and on the basis of the established mathematical model of three-phase voltage source PWM inverter,in order to facilitate control,through coordinate transformation converts three-phase static coordinate system of the variable with the grid voltage vector synchronous rotation of the two phase rotating coordinate system,and through the decoupling algorithm to achieve the independent control of the control volume[e].Based on the direct current control strategy and the theoretical mathematical model of PWM inverter,a double closed loop control structure is constructed.The ac side voltage vector is obtained by double closed-loop regulation,and the PWM driving signal on the main circuit adopts the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)method.Using MATLAB's SIMULINK toolbox set up a simulation model based on a three-phase voltage PWM inverter,and by observing the voltage of the power grid on the grid with the same frequency,the power factor is 1,which means that the system can achieve energy feedback,and the simulation results have verified the feasibility of theoretical analysis.On the basis of the above theory,the software and hardware platform of the elevator energy feedback control system based on DSP+IPM is constructed.Through the analysis of the experimental results,it is found that the output wavefonn of the inverter has high sinusoidal degree,low harmonic and small dc bus voltage fluctuation.The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analysis,indicating that the elevator energy feedback system can complete the two-way energy transfer,further verifying the correctness of the system design.
