Locking hydraulic cylinder is a component used to implement the locking function,needs to realize long time stability locking under large load,and it is often used in the fields of ships,machinery,automobiles,etc.The locking hydraulic cylinder has two kinds of locking methods: hydraulic locking and mechanical locking.Hydraulic locking uses the hydraulic locking loop,namely using O type or M type three-position four-waydirectional control valve,check valve,pilot-controlled check valve and double hydraulic lockto make up the hydraulic locking loop and achieve a one-way or two-way locking positioning function.But because of its leakage problems and can not be solved thoroughly,so it is often used the place where locking requirements are not high.There are many methods of mechanical locking,such as the use of interference fit and energy storage of spring to realize locking.However,the unforeseen damage in the mechanical locking cylinder often appears due to the theoretical design and the realization mechanism of the locking mechanism are more complicated,for example cylinder bending,locking mechanism collapse,etc.In this paper,The locking technology of the cone ring-disc spring locking cylinder with the mechanical locking type on the basis of understanding all types of locking cylinder at the present stage is studied.First,the overall structure and size of the cone ring-disc spring locking cylinder are designed,and the design of locking mechanism of the locking hydraulic cylinder is completed according to the design requirements of locking force and unlocking time;Then,match the hydraulic system for the locking hydraulic cylinder,and it is used as the power source for the locking hydraulic cylinder to provide unlocking pressure and unlocking force;Finally,the finite element simulation analysis is carried out on the load-deformation characteristics of the component-disc spring,which produces the locking force.Some errors caused by the neglected factors in the theoretical calculation are corrected,the deformation of disc springs is reduced,and the load-deformation characteristics of the disc spring closer to the actual are obtained,which prolongs the service life of disc springs.At the same time,the yield strength and fatigue strength of disc spring were verified.The results showed that the cycle use times of disc spring can reach infinite number,which provides support for improving the life of the whole locking cylinder.The research in this paper not only has important research value for the development of locking cylinders,but also has practical significance for improving the life of the cone ring-disc spring locking cylinder and optimizing the whole structure of the locking cylinder.
