In order to respond to the call of national energy conservation and energy control,and pursue the healthy life concept of sustainable development,it is particularly important to minimize the energy consumption of central air-conditioning system on the premise of maintaining indoor comfortable temperature.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the energy consumption prediction and optimal control of central air-conditioning system.Firstly,aiming at the energy consumption prediction of central air-conditioning system,this paper establishes two energy consumption prediction models based on total power consumption and system efficiency:(1)one is the traditional overall energy consumption prediction model is established for all variables;(2)the another is to give the energy consumption prediction model of the cooling device,cooling tower,cold water pump and condensate pump respectively.On the basis of that,a new model for the overall energy consumption prediction of central air-conditioning systems was established with the idea of global optimization.The numerical simulation results verify that the new prediction model is more consistent with the operating principle of the air conditioning system and has higher accuracy.Secondly,aiming at the optimization control problem of central air-conditioning system energy consumption,this paper proposes three strategies optimization methods based on the new overall energy consumption prediction model:(1)control the speed;(2)adjust device status;(3)control them simultaneously.Then,based on the global optimization algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm,the parameters under different strategies are solved and numerical simulation is carried out.The results show that the third strategy has the most energy reduction,the total power consumption is reduced by 8%,and the efficiency is increased by 9%.Through the research on the optimization control of energy consumption of central air-conditioning systems,this paper hopes to help managers control energy consumption and save costs,thus achieving the goal of reducing operating management costs.
