Advanced to the development of heart failure cannot be cured with medicine,while in the case of the donor heart is very scarce,artificial heart because its heart donor number without limit,without blood matching requirements,service life is long,the overall treatment of low prices,to solve the low cure rate caused by heart donor shortage and the condition of the effective solutions.As the main device of blood circulation,blood pump has high requirements on hydraulic performance.Based on the geometric structure design of blood pump and the optimal design of hydraulic performance,this project designs the centrifugal blood pump through theoretical formula calculation,modeling and simulation,analysis and optimization and other means.The main contents of this paper include the following:1)Design of centrifugal blood pumpThis paper takes the symmetrical structure of centrifugal blood pump as the starting point,designs its volute and outlet pipe,and USES hydraulic suspension as the axial suspension mode.Through theoretical analysis and calculation,the basic parameters of the blood pump are determined,and the overall structure of the blood pump is designed according to the size parameters.2)Optimal design of axial suspension structureThis paper takes the hydraulic pressure as the axial suspension force innovatively.The designed suspension gap generates fluid pressure to suspend the rotor,and the pressure difference between the upper and lower surfaces can correct the deviation.In this paper,an analysis model of suspension structure is established through Solid Works,and Ansys is used to divide the grid and conduct simulation.The results show that the suspension gap can generate enough pressure to make the rotor suspension,and the internal blood flow state is also good.3)Optimization design of volute sectionIn this paper,the velocity triangle of blood flow in the volute is analyzed,and the blood flow line is optimized by changing the shape of the volute section.Through modeling and simulation by fluent,the results show that changing the volute section can optimize the blood flow pattern to a certain extent and reduce the backflow area width in the outlet tube.
