With the development of economy,the production of automobile has increased greatly,the traditional automobile engine as the driving system has brought pollution to the environment.With the advantages of high efficiency and no pollution,electric vehicles have developed rapidly in the automobile industry.Permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor(PMSM)has become the preferred driving motor in the electric vehicle industry due to its wide speed regulation range,low permanent magnet consumption and low manufacturing cost.This thesis first introduces the background and significance of PMSM,understands the characteristics of PMSM,and describes the research status of PMSM.According to the requirements,18 slot 8 pole,36 slot 8 pole fractional slot PM synchronous reluctance motor and 48 slot 8 pole integer slot PM synchronous reluctance motor are designed.Firstly,the basic data of PMSM was determined,and the stator,rotor,permanent magnet shape and magnetic barrier of the motor were designed,Ansoft simulation software was used to build the motor model and conduct simulation analysis on the designed motor,the simulation data verified the rationality of the design of PMSM.Firstly,the basic data of PMSM was determined,and the stator,rotor,permanent magnet shape and magnetic barrier of the motor were designed,Ansoff simulation software was used to build the motor model and conduct simulation analysis on the designed motor,the simulation data verified the rationality of the design of PMSM.The magnetoresistive torque,permanent magnetic torque and cogging torque of 18-slot 8-pole,36-slot 8-pole and 48-slot 8-pole motors under rated conditions were simulated and analyzed by finite element software.Finally,the weak magnetic control is carried out at high speed to compare the weak magnetic effect of the permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor(PMSM)with the number slot permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor(PMSM)with the number slot permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor(PMSM)with different pole slots and number slots,and to simulate the torque and counter electromotive force waveforms of the motor under double overload.The results show that the fractional slot 18 slot 8 pole permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor has the maximum output torque under rated condition,the cogging torque is small,and it caneffectively weaken the high harmonic wave,has good weak magnetic property under high speed condition and can keep the high speed running for a long time,can output large torque under overload condition and the reverse electromotive force waveform is good.
