The use of AC and DC power technology can reduce the intermediate link of AC and DC conversion in the traditional power distribution process,and is an important development direction in the future research field of power distribution.As an emerging device based on power electronics technology,the electric energy router has the characteristics of high integration,accuracy,continuity,speed and flexible control method for information and power flow,which can realize diversification of power conversion and transmission and improve flexibility.Therefore,the power supply system with electric energy router is the development direction of the future distribution network.Studying its reliability is of great significance for building a smart distribution network.Firstly,based on the topology of existing electric energy routers,this paper studies its working principle,models the reliability of key modules,considers and calculates the reliability of electric energy routers from the perspective of electric energy router ports,and analyzes the reliability of electric energy routers.The influencing factors provide a basis and direction for the improvement of the structure of the electric energy router.In order to improve the reliability of the electric energy router,this paper designs the redundant configuration of the electric energy router,and analyzes the IGBT module with different voltage levels of the high voltage AC port of the electric energy router.The relationship between the number of redundant submodules and reliability and economy.And it gave the corresponding recommendations.Secondly,this paper analyzes the reliability of the data center power supply system using the electric energy router.According to the existing data center power supply system structure,three feasible power supply system structures are proposed,and the reliability is calculated by the minimum cut set method.Then carry out comparative analysis.The results show that the power supply system using the structure 3 electric energy router has the highest reliability.Finally,this paper makes a simple analysis of the factors affecting the reliability of the power supply system,and concludes that the flexibility of the power supply network has greater impact on the reliability of the power supply system than the reliability of the electric energy router port on the reliability of the power supply system.It provides a basis and direction for the development of AC/DC hybrid power supply systems using electric energy routers.
