With the development of wind turbine technology,pitch control technology is widely used in large and medium wind turbines.However,the changes of wind speed often result in fluctuations in the output power of wind turbines and deviation from the rated power because it is affected by the complexity and the non-linearity of the variable pitch system as well as the randomness of wind energy.It is one of the important research point about how to maintain a stable power output while capturing wind energy efficiently.Aiming at the pitch control system of 2 MW permanent magnet direct-driven wind turbines,this paper mainly undertakes following work based on the active disturbance rejection controller:(1)This paper introduces the background of wind turbine and the research significance of pitch system and summarizes the domestic and overseas research conditions of pitchtechnology.It also analyzes the working principle of wind turbines and then establishes the mathematical model of each parts by means of MATLAB/Simulink.This paper mainly studies the pitch control under constant power condition.(2)The active disturbance rejection controller(ADRC)is designed and a linear simplification method of ADRC is proposed based on the characteristics of complex nonlinear and unknown disturbance of pitch system.The control performance of ADRC is analyzed under the condition of random wind.It is confirmed through simulation comparison that the ADRC has better anti-disturbance ability and control precision in the pitch system.(3)In order to solve the problem of excessive parameters and difficult setting in ADRC,adaptive genetic algorithm(AGA)and fuzzy cuckoo search algorithm(FCSA)are proposed to realize the self-setting of ADRC parameters.These two setting results of improved meta-heuristic algorithms are substituted into the wind turbines pitch system for simulation,and the simulation results are compared and analyzed.
