With the rapid rise of hybrid electric vehicles,a variety of speed increasers,reducers and other transmission devices are more and more widely used in hybrid electric vehicles.The planetary gear transmission system,as a component with small mass,small volume,high bearing capacity and large transmission ratio,replaces the application of ordinary gears in transmission.Firstly,the non-linear dynamic model of planetary gear transmission system is established without considering the friction of tooth surface.The non-linear dynamic model is solved by Runge-Kutta method.The bifurcation diagram,phase diagram,Poincare map,time history diagram and power spectrum diagram are used to analyze the nonlinear dynamic characteristics in planetary gear transmission systemunder different excitation factors,such as meshing frequency,meshing stiffness,meshing damping ratio,synthetic error,input torque,etc.Secondly,under the condition of considering dry friction,the non-linear dynamic equation of planetary gear transmission system is established.The nonlinear dynamic characteristics are analyzedby means of bifurcation diagram,phase diagram,Poincare map,time history diagram and power spectrum diagramunder different excitation factors,such as meshing frequency,meshing stiffness,meshing damping ratio,synthetic error,input torque,etc.Thirdly,in three lubrication states,the effects of different excitation factors on the dynamic characteristics of the system,such as meshing frequency.meshing stiffness,meshing damping ratio,synthetic error and input torque,are discussed by means of bifurcation diagram,phase diagram,Poincare map,time history diagram and power spectrum diagram.At last,the simulation results of different excitation factors on the dynamic characteristics of the system are compared and analyzed under the condition of without friction,dry friction and lubrication friction,and some meaningful conclusions are obtained,and the research prospects are prospected. |
