This paper combines the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of seismic isolation and the design content of seismic isolation in the Code of Architectural Design(GB 5011-2010).Firstly,the design objectives,application range,steps,design contents and analysis methods of isolation and energy dissipation are summarized and expounded.Taking a 33-storey high-rise cast-in-situ reinforced concrete shear wall structure and a 3-storey cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure as research objects,The large-scale finite element analysis software ETABS is used to design and analyze the structure.Two different spatial models of uncontrolled structure without isolation device and structure with isolation device are established.The response spectrum analysis and time history analysis under seismic action were carried out,and the seismic effects were compared.1.The energy dissipation design of a 33-storey cast-in-situ reinforced concrete shear wall structure located in 8 degree zone is carried out,and the results meet the requirements of the code.The response spectrum and time history analysis of the structure with lead viscoelastic damper and the uncontrolled structure without energy dissipation device are compared,including the comparison of floor shear force,floor overturning moment and floor displacement angle of the two structures,to verify the dissipation of the structure.It can reduce vibration.2.Base isolation design of 3-storey cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure located in 8 degree zone is carried out,and the results meet the requirements of the code.The time history analysis and comparison of the isolation structure with lead-core laminated rubber bearings and the structure without isolation bearings are carried out,including the comparison of period,interlayer shear force and structural bending moment,which verifies the isolation effect of the structure.
