The energy crisis and the environmental crisis are widespread around the world.As the hundreds of millions of cars,the automotive industry plays a pivotal role.With the deepening of globalization,in this era of the Internet,the automobile industry is also stepping deeper into intelligence and electricization.The domestic and international automotive industry has reached a preliminary consensus that the traditional fuel vehicles will gradually be replaced in the future.Energy-efficient cars,new energy vehicles,and finally pure electric vehicles will be a trend.From the current point of view,the development of pure electric vehicles still has certain technical problems,driving mileage,user mileage anxiety,battery energy density,life,charging and discharging time,safety issues,supply cost issues,etc.,all of which restrict the pure electric vehicles.Promotion.The extended-range electric vehicle can provide a better solution and is a promising new-type energy vehicle.In order to promote the energy-saving and emission reduction of the extended-range electric vehicles,it is necessary to study the energy management strategy of the extended-range electric vehicles.This paper takes an extended-range electric vehicle as the research object.Based on the test,analysis and strategy analysis of the extended-range electric vehicle,based on the original energy management strategy,the energy management strategy of the power prediction mode is proposed.Through the construction of the energy management model of the extended-range electric vehicle,the vehicle control strategy and the economic performance of the vehicle are simulated and compared to verify the feasibility of the proposed strategy.First of all,this paper establishes the research of foreign advanced extended-range electric vehicles by studying the energy management of typical extended-range electric vehicles.Considering the road test and the drum test,the energy management test system of the extended-range electric vehicle is studied,and the vehicle energy test and analysis platform is built.By collecting test data,the vehicle energy consumption and power energy flow under different working conditions are counted,and the different energy control characteristics of the vehicle are analyzed.By analyzing the energy flow of the battery motor,the working mode of the range extender and the power output of the whole vehicle,the energy management strategy of the whole vehicle under different working conditions is studied.Secondly,based on the test vehicle test,combined with the structural characteristics of the extended-range electric vehicle,this paper proposes an energy management strategy for the power prediction mode.In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy,an energy management model for the extended-range electric vehicle was built.Taking the real vehicle analysis data as a reference,the vehicle control model is built by combining experimental modeling with theoretical modeling.According to different vehicle energy control strategies,an energy management strategy model of conventional control strategy and power prediction mode is built.Finally,in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy,the vehicle energy control strategy and fuel economy are simulated.Under different energy management strategies,study the changes in vehicle energy consumption and battery SOC.Through simulation and comparison analysis,it is verified that the proposed energy management strategy can improve the energy consumption of the whole vehicle,and the fuel saving rate is larger than the traditional energy management strategy.
