Researh On Dynamic Mechanical Parameters Of Asphalt Mixture Used In Xinjiang Asphalt Pavement

The mechanical parameters of asphalt mixture are the prerequisite at structural design of Asphalt Pavement,meanwhile,which is also the basic input parameters used for viscoelastic constitutive model and finite element analysis.The new Specifications for Design of Highway Asphalt Pavement(SDHAP JTG D50-2017)will be adjusted in design method and design parameter,substantially.The main change is that the design parameter from static parameters to dynamic parameters.The new design guide provide three design parameters level according to different grades of asphalt pavement.However,the revision of the new specification mainly based on the research findings in the mainland of China.Obviously,which is difficult to reflect the special drought and large temperature difference climate environment,mechanical characteristics of raw materials and pavement structure used in Xinjiang.Therefore,It is great significance to the development of traffic construction in Xinjiang that make a comprehensive consideration between new specification and regional characteristics of Xinjiang to conduct dynamic mechanical parameters studies of asphalt mixture.Comprehensive reference to domestic and foreign research,combine the universality of new norms and particularity of Xinjiang,The research group has carried out the asphalt mixture test by use the UTM-130 system at Key Laboratory of Highway Engineering Technology in Arid & Desert Region,Ministry of Transport.The mechanical parameters that dynamic modulus and dynamic Poisson's ratio are studied,respectly.As well as the research work mainly from 6 aspects,which include dynamic modulus test method,multivariate orthogonal test scheme,influence factor analysis of dynamic modulus,dynamic modulus prediction model,the master curve of dynamic modulus and the relationship between dynamic modulus and dynamic Poisson's ratio.Finally,from asphalt mixture dynamic modulus test and data analysis,this study constructed dynamic modulus prediction,mater curve Sigmoidal model and dynamic Poisson's ratio prediction model of Xinjiang.Verification experiment shows that the model has a good effect.This paper laid the foundation for the relevant research and smooth implementation of new standard,meanwhile,also can provide support for analysis of asphalt pavement structure and the finite element numerical simulation in Xinjiang,which indicate that has preeminent practicability and reference value.
