The main barrier of water diversion and sand control is directly affected by the layout of flood discharge and the operation of the project.Therefore,this paper optimizes the arrangement of the main buildings of the Talang Drainage and puts forward the reasonable measures of anti-sand and flushing operation,which has important engineering application significance.In this paper,the water diversion,flood discharge,sand control and energy dissipation of the original design scheme of the hub are studied by means of hydraulic model test.The flow,velocity and water flow of the hub are analyzed and compared in detail.Edge and the upstream and downstream scouring and silting test results to determine the original design of the existing problems,and through the experimental study to optimize the hub layout program,at the same time carried out a different project operation scheduling management program experimental study for the actual operation of the project to provide the best gate Scheduling operation mode.The experimental results show that the optimized layout of the hub can meet the requirements of water diversion,flood discharge and sand control.When the river is less than the design of the flood flow,by adjusting the spillway flood gates gate opening,diversion can be introduced into the design diversion flow 9m~3/s.When the river channel is checked and the flood is designed,the actual discharge of the floodgate is 403m~3/s and 275m~3/s,which meets the requirements of design flood discharge.The roof elevation of the embankment and the roof height of the flushing section meet the discharge requirements.The sedimentation height of the dike and the flood discharge is lower,and the sediment volume of the diversion can meet the design requirements.The CCHE software is used to simulate the main flow field of the Tarlang channel and verify the original design scheme.The flow pattern of the diversion structure,the flow pattern of the original scheme,the change of the water level and the distribution of the typical section flow velocity are analyzed.The results show that the calculated results are in agreement with the actual results of the physical model test.Test the measured values coincide.Which provides a guarantee for the long-term effective operation of the project.The research results provide reference and basis for engineering design and operation.
