Maritime rescue has many practical difficulties,such as long distance and few reference materials.It is usually difficult for rescue teams to locate and implement rescue quickly and effectively.With the development of information technology at sea and the establishment of base station of mobile communication network at sea,the combination of mobile communication technology and smart terminals such as mobile phones can effectively locate the rescued objects and depict drifting trajectory,which can provide effective help for the rapid and accurate positioning of rescue teams at sea.Based on the above background,this paper analyses the complexity of maritime rescue.Then,according to the characteristics of direct,reflection and diffraction of electromagnetic wave propagating over the sea,the attenuation model of wireless channel propagation over the sea is established and simulated by computer.Then,using the longitude and latitude information parameters of the base station provided by the operator,a MR(measurement report)will be reported to the base station every 480 ms by mobile phone.The measurement report contains the signal intensity measurements from the base station received by the mobile phone.The difference between the two values is calculated according to the signal intensity measurements and the transmission power of the base station,and the "unknown node" is calculated by combining the wireless channel propagation model at sea.The distance between the "point" and the "known node" can be used to locate the specific location of the "unknown node" according to two or more "known nodes".Finally,using a large number of positioning data,using virtual machines to build a Hadoop distributed environment,using canopy algorithm to preprocess the positioning data,remove outliers,and then using k-means algorithm to cluster the data,mining the drifting trajectory of the rescued object in the case of no power,thus providing a scientific basis for maritime rescue.Through computer simulation,the positioning data is processed,and the clustering output positioning results are displayed on the map.The innovation of this paper is that mobile communication technology is used in maritime search and rescue,and large data clustering algorithm is used to improve positioning accuracy.
