In the face of increasing energy consumption and environmental pollution,the promotion of clean energy and environmental pollution prevention has become an unstoppable trend and has become one of the important research topics of contemporary researchers.Battery is one of the key factors in the development of electric vehicles,and battery is also a kind of energy storage component of clean energy.Therefore,battery has become one of the research objects of researching clean energy.There are many kinds of batteries in China,among which lithium-ion batteries have become the first choice for domestic electric vehicle power sources because of their small size,long life and high safety[6].However,if you choose a battery as the power source,you need to design the corresponding battery management system?BMS,Battery Management Systems?.The battery management system mainly controls the performance indicators,characteristics and function indicators of the battery.In this context,this paper does Some research.Firstly,comprehensively compare the performance indexes of various power batteries,and analyze the internal structure and characteristics of lithium-ion batteries in detail,and build a second-order RC equivalent circuit model.The parameter identification uses the recursive least squares?RLS?method.Then,several traditional SOC estimation methods are enumerated and analyzed,and the SOC estimation based on the improved extended Kalman filter algorithm is proposed based on the equivalent circuit model.Then several common energy equalization strategies are analyzed,and based on this,a charging equalization method based on DC-DC power supply is proposed.Finally,by analyzing the functional requirements of the battery management system,the hardware and software components of the system are designed in detail.Finally,build a BMS test platform and verify the system's equalization ability through battery equalization experiments.The SOC simulation model is built in Simulink,and the simulation results of the two algorithms are compared to verify the accuracy of the improved algorithm.Figure[49]table[3]reference[60]...
