Case Study On Risk Management Of Photovoltaic Project In Z Finance Leasing Company

With the promotion and application of financial leasing mode in the construction of photovoltaic power plants,the scale of photovoltaic financial leasing business is growing rapidly,and various risks are gradually exposed.In addition to the adjustment of financial market policy and subsidies policy of photovoltaic industry in recent years,the risk management of photovoltaic projects of financial leasing companies is becoming increasingly important.Taking Tianjin distributed photovoltaic finance leasing project of Z finance leasing company as an example,this paper aims to find out the characteristics and rules of risk management in developing photovoltaic project from the perspective of lessors and research by combining theoretical analysis and field research,so as to enrich the theory and practice of risk management of photovoltaic financing lease in China.This paper consists of five chapters: Chapter I Introduction,Chapter II Main concepts and theoretical basis,Chapter III Tianjin project case analysis of Z finance leasing company,Chapter IV Main problems and suggestions in case study,and Chapter V Conclusion and prospect.Through research,this paper analyses the risk management measures of z finance leasing company in the aspects of policy,strategy,lessee credit,lease management,business operation and liquidity,finds out the characteristics and experience of its risk management system of financial leasing project,and concludes that it can manage lease by improving organizational structure,improving internal control,establishing information system and introducing Internet of Things technology to perfect its risk management system of photovoltaic financing lease.
