Piston rod occupies a very important position in the work of reciprocating compressor,but in the actual work process,the piston rod will be affected by other factors such as gas force and reciprocating inertia force.Long-term work will damage or even break the piston rod,leading to the failure of the whole compressor in work,unable to work normally,and even lead to accidents.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of piston rod fracture,it is necessary to improve the structure of piston parts to improve the phenomenon of piston rod fracture.After a long period of production and practice,Anruiko(Bengbu)Compressor Co.,Ltd.has continuously improved the original piston rod structure of DF-1.3/30-250 compressor,designed another type of compressor piston rod,and proved to be more reliable than the original piston rod structure in practical work.Based on the prototype of the compressor of Anruiko(Bengbu)Compressor Co.,Ltd.,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the fracture causes of the piston rod according to the fracture problems of the piston rod in practical work.Combining with the working principle of the compressor,the structure of the compressor and the operating parameters of the actual work,the original piston rod structure and the improved piston rod are simulated and analyzed,and the analysis results are compared.In this paper,the force of the piston rod of reciprocating compressor is analyzed,and the force of the piston rod is simplified so that the force of the piston rod can be easily analyzed.SolidWorks is used to model the original piston and the improved piston respectively,and then the established model is imported into ANSYS software.The original piston rod structure and the improved piston rod structure are analyzed by finite element analysis software in imitation of the actual working conditions.Firstly,the original piston component and the improved piston component are meshed,then the original piston rod and the improved piston rod are loaded and constrained according to the force and constraints analyzed before,and then the load solution is carried out.Finally,the analysis results are obtained.It is proved that the improved piston rod structure is more reliable than the original piston rod structure.Through the above analysis,it is concluded that the structure of the improved piston rod has been greatly improved compared with the original piston rod in the stresssituation.In practical work,the improved piston rod is more difficult to break than the original piston rod,prolongs the service life of the piston rod,makes the compressor more stable and reliable in practical work,and also makes the compressor as a whole.The service life of the compressor industry has been increased,which has played a certain role in promoting the development of the compressor industry.Figure[60]table[2]reference[81]...
