acceleration waveform of the test piece does not change and the peak value increases.(3)Increasing the diameter of the bullet impact end face,the acceleration peak and velocity peak of the test piece increase greatly.The actual experiment is designed by the simulation experiment results.The specific contents of the experiment are as follows:(1)Conical bullets with different cone heights are used as the launching device.(2)Change the gas pressure of the gas tank.(3)The load waveform of the test piece is improved by using a hard aluminum material round-shaped and cylindrical waveform shaper.The conclusions are as follows: 1)The conical bullet hits the pressure bar under the same air pressure.As the cone height of the conical bullet increases,the peak acceleration and velocity of the specimen decrease and the pulse width increases.2)The same bullet hits the pressure bar under different air pressures to increase the air pressure of the air cylinder.The acceleration and speed of the test piece also increase,and the acceleration pulse width increases.3)The flat-headed bomb hits the pressure bar under the pressure of 0.5MPa,and the acceleration peak of the specimen under the action of the circular-shaped waveform shaper is much higher than the acceleration peak of the cylindrical waveform shaper,and the acceleration pulse width of the specimen under the action of the circular-shaped shaper Slightly small,the acceleration waveform of the test piece reaches the expected target of200,000 g and 50?s under the action of the circular table shape.The free-style Hopkinson pressure bar experiment is designed by simulation,and the round-shaped waveform shaper is used to improve the test piece.Acceleration waveform,the experimental results reach thetechnical index,and the advantages of the truncated shape shaper are analyzed by the dispersion correction theory.
