With the deep research on parallel mechanisms,the drawbacks of control,coupling and precision in pure parallel mechanisms are slowly emerging.More and more institutional researchers are shifting their focus to the study of parallel mechanisms with less degrees of freedom..The parallel mechanism with less degrees of freedom has the advantages of a pure parallel mechanism,and its structure and control are relatively simple,and can be combined with the existing series mechanism,and has the advantages of parallel connection and series connection.In this paper,we study a two-degree-of-freedom parallel-drive bidirectional deflection table.The table is supported by two semi-circular gear arches with different radii.The two gear arches are mounted with the center and the cross,and each gear arch is There is a circular arc guide pair for guiding;the motor is placed on the base,and the motor drives the two gear arches meshed with the anti-backlash gear mounted on the shaft to realize the movement of the table,and the entire worktable can be A deflection amplitude of 90 degrees in both directions around the X and Y axes is achieved.This paper mainly does the following research:(1)The structural design of the parallel-drive bidirectional deflection table was carried out.According to the size specifications,deflection angle and bearing capacity of the workbench,the structural design,selection and check calculation of the table components were carried out.The 3D model is drawn in the CATIA software.The structure of the designed workbench is verified by the 3D model.The verification results show that the bidirectional deflection table is designed correctly and the structure is feasible.(2)Kinematics analysis of the parallel-drive bidirectional deflection table,including the forward and inverse solutions of attitude and velocity,and then the inverse solution is simulated in the ADAMS software.The results show that the anti-backlash gear meshes with the external gear arch.The law of motion is linear with the motion law of the table top around the Y axis,and the motion law of the backlash gear meshing with the internal gear arch isnonlinear with the motion law of the table top around the X axis.(3)The dynamic analysis of the parallel-drive bidirectional deflection table is carried out.The explicit solution of the generalized force is obtained by Lagrange method.The dynamics simulation analysis of the workbench is carried out by ADAMS software.The result shows that the selected motor is selected.The power is reliable and can meet the needs of the working power of the two-way deflection table.(4)The error sources of each structural part of the bidirectional deflection table are analyzed,and the error of the bidirectional deflection table is analyzed and calculated based on the principle of error independent action.The manufacturing and assembly errors are integrated,and the bidirectional deflection work is obtained.The deflection error angle of the table is finally deflected in the X and Y directions.The result shows that the overall limit deflection error of the entire bidirectional deflection table around the X axis is 1.42 minutes,and the integrated limit deflection error around the Y axis is 3.84 points.The error value is small,and it can adapt to the processing precision of the general machine tool table,and has practical value.
