Urban spatial expansion is facing many complex problems in a critical period of rapid urbanization.we study the three-dimensional pattern change of city based on high-resolution remote sensing image in order to plan the urban reconstruction reasonably and optimize the layout of urban construction.Jinan is the earliest economic development and the oldest urban development area in China.The urban three-dimensional architectural landscape has undergone remarkable changes with the continuous renewal and development of Jinan.It has great significance to make rational urban planning and land use by grasping the law of urban expansion.This paper is based on the remote sensing data of Gaofen-1.It constructs three-dimensional architectural landscape and studies the three-dimensional spatial expansion characteristics of Jinan in 2016 and 2018.It combined with index analysis,analysis method of building utilization type and global autocorrelation analysis through extracting the outline and shadow of buildings.The main contents include the following aspects:(1)The construction of three-dimensional architectural landscape of Jinan was completed based on the remote sensing data of Gaofen-1 and object-oriented extraction method.The urban three-dimensional building landscape of Jinan expanded in the east-west direction of the city obviously and the height of the building increased significantly in 2018 by comparing the results of the three-dimensional landscape construction of Jinan in 2016 and 2018.(2)The distribution of urban architecture types in Jinan is uneven.Multi-storey buildings are the main types of urban buildings and the occupation rate of super-high-rise buildings is low relatively on the whole.We can draw the following conclusions in terms of geographical distribution.Multi-storey buildings are distributed in the old city.Middle and high-rise buildings are distributed in the high-tech development zone and the shantyhouse transformation area.The edge of the built-up area is dominated by the low-rise buildings.(3)The aggregation distribution of urban buildings in Jinan is significant on the average height.There is a significant positive spatial correlation between the aggregation and distribution of buildings in the built-up area of Jinan based on the global autocorrelation analysis.Jinan's building state is height-high,low-low aggregation.The state of high-high aggregation is mostly concentrated in the Lixia region and the low-low aggregation is distributed in the edge of the city obviously.The aggregation and distribution of urban buildings tended to expand to Licheng region and Huai Yin region.(4)The types of urban construction land in Jinan mainly concentrate on multi-storey residential land and multi-storey commercial and cultural land,and there is no significant change in the types of construction land in 2016 and 2018.(5)The spatial pattern of Jinan is changed obviously and the difference between administrative regions is remarkable.The spatial pattern change of Jinan is obvious in the east-west direction and the development in the north-south direction is relatively slow.There is a significant difference in the three-dimensional expansion index between the urban administrative areas.Minimum variation of the average height of buildings in Lixia region.The average height of the building varies greatly with the development and construction of Huaiyin region and Licheng region.The highest standard deviation is in Licheng region.It shows that the gap between high-rise buildings and low-rise buildings in Licheng region is widening gradually.The highest average urban volume rate in administrative area is Tianqiao region.The distribution of average urban volume rate in other administrative regions is more uniform and the inter-annual changes show an upward trend.
